The Alt key gets passed through, the Shift key gets passed through, and the windows key gets passed through, but not the Ctrl - its as its not pressed - if you try ctrl-c copy or ctrl-s save or anything like that you just get the letter. But I never really type "copybase", I just use the shortcut (Ctrl+Shift+C). I always used the command "copybase" in my drawings.
